Privacy Policy

For Tenants: name, phone number, address, and business details provided at registration. For Customers: when you sign in to a storefront with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. For everyone: order details (Player ID, product, amount) and payment/transaction references needed to process an order.

We use this information to run your account, process and deliver orders, verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and send you important updates about your account or an order. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Signing in with Google is optional and only used to create and secure your storefront account — we request only your basic profile (name, email, profile picture), never your Google password, and never post to your Google account or read your other Google data.

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to what's needed to operate the platform. While we take reasonable steps to protect it, no online service can guarantee complete security — keep your login credentials confidential.

We use third-party services for payment processing, SMS/notification delivery, and the in-game top-up suppliers that fulfil orders. Each only receives the information it needs to perform its function.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information, such as order history, may be retained as required for accounting or legal purposes even after a deletion request.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated revision date on this page.

Questions about how we handle your data can be sent to dgtalboss@gmail.com.
